Returns & Exchanges

Understanding retailer policies before you buy

Important Note

AUTHENTIC WRIST is a curated guide to luxury watches. We do not sell watches directly. Return and exchange policies are set by the individual brands and authorized retailers you purchase from.

Typical Return Policies

Most authorized dealers and official brand boutiques have generous return policies for luxury timepieces. Here's what you can typically expect:

Exchange Options

If you'd like to exchange your watch for a different model, most authorized dealers offer flexible options:

Items Typically Not Returnable

Be aware that certain items may have restrictions: personalized or engraved watches, special orders, limited editions purchased through allocation, watches with broken seals or removed tags, and items showing signs of wear.

Brand-Specific Policies

Each luxury watch brand has its own policies. Here's general guidance:

Rolex

Rolex does not sell directly online in most markets. Purchases are made through authorized dealers, each with their own return policy. Many Rolex ADs have strict policies due to high demand—always confirm before purchasing.

Omega

Omega's official online boutique typically offers a 14-day return policy for unworn watches in original condition. Returns are free within this window.

TAG Heuer

TAG Heuer's official website generally allows returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the watch is unworn and in original packaging.

Other Brands

Policies vary by brand and region. We recommend checking the specific return policy on the brand's website or contacting customer service before completing your purchase.
